A Community Land Trust is a non-profit organisation that owns assets such as land and buildings and holds them for the benefit of a particular community or area. CLTs can be used to provide affordable housing that is controlled by members of the local community.

The meeting will start at 6pm (non members are welcome to attend as observers) followed at 6.45pm by presentations from Sarah Luddon of Stroud Co-housing and John Gillespie from Community Self Build Association with a self builder to talk about their experience of self build. Attendees will have the opportunity to sign up as new members for just £1 for a stake in the future of Bristol CLT.
